Well, it's that time of year again, where we remember one of our old members who's no longer with us. Nick Butcher, aka TG|Nikonus passed away on the 23rd of March 2005 and back then we decided we'd try and keep his memory going by having an annual award for the TG member who helps the clan by having a positive attitude and a willingness to help.

In previous years it's been awarded to long standing stalwarts of the clan, but as ever it is open to all members and we really do look at contributions from all people who are put forward. If you think you know someone in TG who deserves this award, get in touch with one of the clan admins by PM or over Steam and just let them know why.

Nick's parents have often stopped by to comment on the award, and while we hope they will this year, we by no means expect it. It's just nice to know that links can be made, even from something as trivial as online gaming.

Anyway - nominations are open, get cracking Smile

We would like to thank all of you that have left messages on Nicks
site and of course those who remember Nick through this award. He loved this
place & the people who used it.

As always though,we are thankful for the
opportunity to be involved with this award in Nicks name.

avatar No problem, it's something we've tried to keep going simply to remember such a
nice guy! Things are a bit quieter around here than previous years as everyone's
suddenly gone and got proper jobs etc! Pretty much all of the old faces are
knocking around though and Nick is definitely remembered here!

avatar I have to be honest, I never have met Nick in person nor chatmate.
But from the
first moment I joined TG I was facinated about the Nikonus award that was
specially made because of him.

I just wanted to thank TG for that precious
award.

May he still live in peace.
